I’ve just been linked to Engadget’s post Apple patent filing adds trackpad functions to home button and turns entire display into fingerprint sensor with the attaches screenshot.

Imagine this, you go up to a device & tap the Mail app. It takes your fingerprint, and quickly syncs your mail settings from iCloud into a local cache and opens Mail as you, you check & send email… close Mail, and walk away. The next person comes up, and taps Mail.
How would one design a device or an application, not for multi user but omni user?
